Salary: £29,420
What you’ll be doing:
- Operational responsibility for leading the Recruitment Hub Team and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to existing and future customers in line with service metrics
- Ensure that services are delivered with strong governance and focus on statutory compliance requirements and data integrity principles
- Awareness of the exposure to sensitive data and information necessary to perform the role and due consideration to the level of confidentially required
- Ensure robust governance and control is adhered to in respect of the creation of Hire requisitions (i.e. market salary bandings and Contingent rate cards)
- Determine and maintain the ‘performance’ metrics for the Recruitment Hub Team
- Develop and mature relationships with all key stakeholders
- Review and continuously improve the Recruitment Hub operational processes, ensuring they are consistently applied and operate in an efficient and effective manner
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide specialist and operational knowledge on system integrations, the structure of SF data and the consequence of adding or amending SuccessFactors data incorrectly

- Ability and experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve the highest standards of performance and accuracy
- Excellent and effective organisational skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities
- Operational mind-set with regard to opportunities and effectiveness of service
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- General knowledge of the recruitment services
- A recognised Service Excellence accreditation
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel
