We are excited to be opening a New Store at the Lakeside Retail Park. The store will open in August 2023, and we are looking for Team Leaders and Colleagues to join the team and help launch our new store. You will need to offer flexibility and commitment and be available to start with us in June 2023
Contracts –37.5 hours a week – inclusive of weekends
Rate of Pay - £12.20ph

All about the Role
You will be supporting the management team whilst delivering excellent customer service. As a Team Leader you will model our values and behaviours whilst enhancing sales. You will play a key role in motivating your colleagues and will use feedback from our customers to create a crafttastic shopping experience!
All about You
To be successful in this role you will need to have at 12 months supervisory experience as well as being a confident communicator who understands how to engage and motivate others. You need to have a good knowledge of operational processes and procedures within retail as well as being able to work under pressure and be adaptable to change.
