Salary is subject to increase in April following the rise of NMW. You will be paid normal rate, and will be updated on the increase in April, depending on when you start.

We are excited to share that we are looking for a Team Leader to join our store in Oxford on St Aldate's.
We are a fast & casual restaurant providing a variety range of contemporary Asian infused food, from fresh handmade sushi to hot food such as Chicken Katsu Curry, which has been extremely popular.

Duties:
- Your duties will include those that are commonly required at Front and Back of House of fast-moving casual restaurants.
- Lead a successful shift, ensuring team members are meeting KOKORO's standards of service.
- Ensuring the stock is full, and ingredients are prepared for the next day (training provided).
- Cover store's manager in areas that are needed.
Who we look for?
- Keys to succeed in your role will be enthusiasm, dedication and resilience.
- We require applicants to have at least 1 year of experience in F&B industry.
