Here at Soletrader we have excellent relationships with all of the brands we stock and have been working closely with brands such as Dr Martens since 1960’s. We have over 30 stores across the UK, with an ever-growing online presence.

We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our current team in our Chapelfield Store with previous experience within retail.

You will be working with a small team which consist of full and part time staff managing the store to maximise sales. The ideal candidate will need to have experience managing a team.

We are looking for the right candidate that has the willingness to learn and adapt to any challenges along the way. You must be friendly and approachable individual.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting managers with the efficient running of the store.

- Ensuring that, at all times, customers are dealt with politely and efficiently and that Customer Service is of a paramount importance.

- Managing the day-to-day activities involved in ensuring that the store is clean, tidy and merchandised in line with store display manual.

- Carrying out some banking transactions related to the daily sales in accordance with the company procedures and local security arrangements.

- Work with the team to deliver store targets.
