About the role:
This role has responsibility for the Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot areas with regular travel to the regional office based in Rumney, Cardiff.
As a Team Leader you will be:
- ensuring the delivery of excellent services to victims
- contributing to the retention and development of contracts for services by supporting and managing operational staff
- delivering the overall aim of helping people cope and recover from the effects of crime
- working collaboratively with the Operations Manager & other management team members
- ensuring the delivery work force plans and the development of the service
