About the role:

This role has responsibility for the Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot areas with regular travel to the regional office based in Rumney, Cardiff.

As a Team Leader you will be:

  • ensuring the delivery of excellent services to victims
  • contributing to the retention and development of contracts for services by supporting and managing operational staff
  • delivering the overall aim of helping people cope and recover from the effects of crime
  • working collaboratively with the Operations Manager & other management team members
  • ensuring the delivery work force plans and the development of the service
