Reporting to the General Manager you will lead and manage all day-to-day operational aspects of the Hotel whilst ensuring at all times the delivery of exceptional guest service. This is a hands-on role, whilst also leading and developing the team.
You will already be an experienced and passionate Hotel Operational Manager or an experienced Department Head in your Hotel who is ready to step up to the next level in Management.
The Role
· The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective operational management of all Operational Departments in the Hotel
· Working alongside the General Manager and the team to exceed revenue and Guest satisfaction targets
· Assist the development of departmental budgets and strategies
· Provide effective leadership to the team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded
· Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations
· Comply and exceed hotel and company Service Standards
· Ensure compliance with Brand Standards and Health & Safety Standards
· Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analysed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action
· Seek and respond to Guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction
· Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
