For our customers, William Hill is more than a betting shop. It’s a home from home. A place where you can meet friends, socialise, and enjoy the sport with a warm tea or coffee in hand.
If you can help us maintain this atmosphere, we’ll reward you plenty. You’ll enjoy continuous training, great benefits as well as opportunities to progress.
What this role is about
- Motivating a team of Customer Service Assistants
- Coaching your team and developing their potential
- Making sure the shop always looks the part (e.g. visual displays)
- Getting to know your customers to champion safer gambling at all times
- Taking care of opening and closing in our shops
- Making sure your shop hits its targets
This isn’t a hide-behind-your-desk type of role. You’ll be out there on the shop floor, engaging with our customers to ensure we’re delivering the best experience.

- Positive, can-do attitude
- Professional and dynamic approach to work
