We are currently looking for a bookkeeper to join our company this Summer 2023. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Full-cycle accounting which includes managing and reconciling the books of our corporate clients.
- Prepare corporate tax returns.
- Prepare GST/PST/WCB returns.
- Calculate payroll remittances.
- Perform compilation engagements.
A successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- High levels of initiative and accountability with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage (desktop and online).
- Knowledge of CaseWare and Taxprep is an asset.
- Ability to speak Cantonese, Japanese, and/or Mandarin is an asset.

We provide a full-range of services from audit to compilation as well as income and other tax advisory.
