We’re on the lookout for experienced Team Leaders/Supervisors who will scale new heights to make sure our Milton Keynes venue 'beats the wall'!
We are looking for an energetic, talented, enthusiastic, customer focused individual with excellent aptitude for operational management. The successful candidate has great potential to develop within our expanding company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service—delivering outstanding customer service is critical
- Team Management of the team including managing team on shift, allocation of tasks, team meetings and one to one reviews.
- People Development and Training
- Health and Safety Compliance—to provide a safe and fun Ninja experience, while ensuring that our company policies, procedures and guidance are adhered to at all times. Continuously monitor Health and Safety
- Operational Management—to ensure smooth running of the venue, assisting the completion of various daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
- Problem solving ability to think on your feet and confidence decision maker
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.70 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
