Job description
Kitchen Staff
· To ensure all food and associated products are prepared and cooked to the company standard, including washing and cutting basic ingredients such as meats and vegetables;
· To ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times;
· To clean and sanitise all the equipment and kitchen utensils immediately after being used;
· To clean and keep waste bins clean at all times and
· To adhere to all aspects of food hygiene, health and safety and company policy.
· To order supplies;
· To assist in stock taking and storage of stock, including checking deliveries;
· To assist in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene and to ensure that safe working practices are followed
· To work effectively with other team members and
· To provide good customer service.
· Occasionally takes on extra duties, such as cleaning, when the restaurant is particularly busy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.00 per hour
