Job description
We require a Team Leader to work in our goods in, ham & bacon curing part of our factory.
Duties & responsibilities : Working closely with the Factory Supervisor to ensure the factory operates efficiently, whilst maintaining production procedures. Following the production plan to ensure daily production targets are met. Main areas of work: Booking goods in, curing of meat, stock rotation, racking meat ready for slicing.
Previous experience within a food factory environment an advantage.
This is a physical hands on role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, Ability to monitor others, good communication skills, attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions, good hygiene practice, a can do attitude.
Hours
6:45am - 4:15pm Monday to Thursday
6:45am - 3pm Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.76 per hour
