Location Remote First - principally home based with some travel within the Strathclyde & Central area
Salary £30,434
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)

At the Wise Group we deliver energy advice on behalf of Home Energy Scotland (HES) which is an exciting initiative funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust. We work within the Strathclyde and Central Scotland region to offer expert advice to individuals, communities, and organisations in areas such as energy saving, renewable energy, sustainable transport, and water efficiency. The work we do contributes towards the Scottish Government’s aims of alleviating fuel poverty and tackling climate change.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HES team as Partnership Team leader. Playing a key role in our team, you will manage the delivery of local partnership activity, extending the reach of the HES service across the Strathclyde and Central region. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a local partnership plan which contributes to the achievement of key priorities and objectives. You will manage a team responsible for engaging with a wide range of organisations in the public, private and third sector, raising awareness of and developing opportunities for collaboration and partnership activity.
Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and a creative thinker able to support and enthuse the team whilst delivering on targets. An interest in environmental issues and tackling fuel poverty would be advantageous.
