Enable customer centric immigration improvements Coordinate cross-team strategic projects around compliance, enablement, relationship management, Work with the Mobility product team as a liason to the SME team Design and conduct training initiatives with sales, HRX, CSM teams etc. Lead build out of government relations program and premium/recognized sponsor applicaitons/programs Curate and support relationship and content creation for the sales team Manage business and client escalations Strategic account support for special projects and/or clients Support team with expansion to new countries/services/opportunities as well as drive pilots in new markets Drive special projects related to cross-team efforts Partner closely with the team on identifying knowledge gaps, running refresher sessions, and continuous development training Ownership and curation of the Mobility content in different sources (internal and external) to ensure consistency Partner closely with leadership to map, identify and implement key metrics as well and support the team with their revenue targets reporting supporting the success of the programs Knowledge in EU immigration laws and regulatory aspects Total Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
