YOUR MISSION

  • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans for all Sports Performance Marketing campaigns & projects aligning all communication channels, including traditional advertising, sports marketing talent maximization, PR, digital, social media, seeding strategies and consumer activations
  • Work cross-functionally within the company’s sports marketing, business unit marketing, regional marketing, merchandising, sales, finance and operations departments to deliver performance marketing plans
  • Manage and lead team members who are responsible for day to day Sports Performance Consumer Comms, Sports Marketing and Trade Marketing efforts against channels of responsibility
  • Using football expertise develop the UKI Sports Marketing strategy; identify, recruit, deliver brand priorities, in line with Sports Marketing direction
  • Using sports marketing expertise; optimise the annual marketing plans for PUMA UKI football teams, Run/Train sponsorships and support the European Golf strategy to maximise the player sponsorships
  • Manage the PUMA Licensee Club & Ball Marketing to optimize the relationships and align to PUMA global club marketing
  • Provide guidance on Consumer Comms across media, PR and social media, coordinating with the team and external agencies
  • Oversee the overall Performance Trade marketing strategies and plans for the Key & Strategic Accounts
  • Manage marketing budgets for channel, brand and sports marketing efforts associated with responsibilities
  • Set category objectives and analyse performance with web analytics tools to evaluate marketing efforts, product sell-throughs, and opportunities to improve
  • Work cross-functionally within the company’s Teamsports, Running & Training & Golf business units & local Sales, Merchandising & DTC teams to deliver 360 UKI Sports Performance marketing plans
  • Continually maintain an awareness of digital & consumer trends and provide unique and creative solutions using this knowledge to reach & engage our target demographic
  • Ensure UKI Sports Performance marketing grows brand desirability within the markets
  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices

YOUR TALENT

  • Passion for football, sport and lifestyle across multiple genres
  • Proven marketing track record in sports, consumer or lifestyle brand or in agency
  • Experience using data to inform and improve future campaigns
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms in digital marketing, with creative/strategic thinking to put into action
  • Experience of Sports Marketing of Talent or globally recognised Sponsor brands
  • Experience with account marketing of a national account
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects on challenging timelines
  • Excellent budget management and organisation skills
  • Very strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organisation
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Creativity and ability to think out of the box
  • Creative & entrepreneurial spirit and energy, proven ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, self-confident and proactive
  • Ability to manage a team successfully and facilitate their personal development
  • London,UK based with frequent travel within UKI and Europe
