Do you have strong administrative experience, including developing, maintaining and improving administrative systems, taking meeting notes and tracking actions?

Would you like to support the International Operations Director and their leadership team, enabling them to lead and manage Oxfam GB’s International Operations team to deliver it's agreed objectives?

We are looking for a Team Coordinator at a pivotal time for the organisation.


Please note due to the nature of the role, the candidates must be in a commutable distance preferably within 30 minutes travel distance to Oxford (OX4 2JY) for occasional meetings.


Interviews will be held on 13 March 2023, face-to-face at Oxfam House: 2700 John Smith Dr, Oxford OX4 2JY


What you'll be doing:


This role sits at the heart of International Operations providing essential support, which includes co-ordination, scheduling and project support, to underpin management and operational services which, in turn, enable Oxfam and its people to deliver impact in the poorest parts of the world.


You'll have:

An ideal candidate for the role will also have/be:

  • Strong administrative experience, including developing, maintaining and improving administrative systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to produce engaging written and verbal communications for a staff audience
  • Aptitude for using systems, including those used for effective communications, office and knowledge management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Accurate, proactive, people orientated, problem solving attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Prioritisation skills and ability to respond to changing demands
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent touch typing/keyboard skills
  • Experience of working independently, managing highly confidential and sensitive information
