Job description
As a Spare Parts Planner you are part of a team that supports the Spares Processes by managing the total order flow from sourcing to delivery with the aim that customers are satisfied and service delivery levels can be met. The Spares Planner ensures Spare Parts are sourced on time and in the right amounts from its suppliers. As a consequence you perform effective stock management in warehouses and technician vans so customers receive their orders within a targeted Customer Resolution Time, in full, and within specification. As parts of the team you are responsible for multiple geographical sales regions; UK, BE/NL/LU and Germany, you operate external with our Logistics Service Providers within set processes and procedures and internal with our Customer Service Department and factories.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent order management of Spare Part orders by processing and monitoring Purchase Orders on timeliness and fullness, as well as outbound orders to internal and external customers and returns.
- Communicate via different channels with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure stock management within the predetermined service levels.
- Maintain a strong partnership with Customer Service Department.
- Analyze current processes supported with data and identify improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Being Proactive, Process minded and understands how to perform a root cause analysis.
- Affinity with supply chain and logistics processes with an understanding of demand planning and operational urgencies.
- Your team is located in the Netherlands. Because of this is it necessary to travel 2-3 times per year to the Netherlands.
