Job Description
Great team - fully office based with occasional days from home.
Working as a team assistant / PA for this company will give you plenty of variety across the working week. As well as supporting HR, events and business development teams, you will also have the chance to get very involved in marketing and social media (this part of the role could really build up).
Our client, a leading boutique property consultancy with a rich history in the market are looking for a proactive, forward thinking and progressive team assistant to support key Directors including the Managing Partner. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, with a real thirst to learn as this presents a fantastic opportunity to get involved in all operations aspects of the business.
Around 50% of the role will involve marketing, where you will be producing content, comms, managing social media for the business, as well as providing all round support for events. So, a strong interest in marketing is essential for this role, together with a prove ability to provide admin and secretarial support to a team.
A hands-on approach and positive attitude are key, as is the ability to use initiative and be highly discreet.
- Diary management - organising complex meetings and events.
- Event management - assisting with client events
- Writing content for social media and marketing purposes
- Compiling presentations, bid documents, tenders and PQQ/OJUE responses and ITT's, to the highest standard and sometimes to tight deadlines.
- Creating templates, company profiles and staff CV's, ensuring that all documentation is produced using our bespoke in-house templates and adheres to company style and formatting protocols.
- Providing business development support - arranging client entertainment/events, assisting with website and social media posting, arranging staff attendance at conferences and other marketing events (including travel and accommodation).
- Telephone answering, taking messages, fielding unwanted calls.
- Inbox management.
- Preparation of monthly expenses.
- Assisting professional staff with appropriate technical aspects of their roles (training will be given as needed).
