This world-famous Creative Agency, who are known to be one of the leading lights in the Communications and Advertising world, are looking for a talented and willing Team Assistant who can also work alongside the London office as the Office Junior.

In a crucial role to the Agency, in which no two days will be the same, this position will see you working with different teams and gaining different skills and outlooks to build upon and forge a career in the Creative industry.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing admin support in the Agency to those who don't have a dedicated PA
  • Booking travel: long & short haul - flights/trains/booking hotels/assisting with visas/booking airport cars etc while utilising Travel company.
  • Sourcing and booking meeting rooms for internal/external meetings
  • Ordering breakfasts, lunches and refreshments required for meetings
  • Purchasing gifts as & when required (leaving gifts/birthday gifts/new baby gifts etc.)
  • Running general errands outside of the building i.e. coffee & lunch runs when required
  • Assisting with organisation of internal Agency events, i.e. Xmas and Summer Parties
  • Timesheets & expenses submission for members of Senior Management
  • Providing additional support and holiday cover to the EA/PA teams & Head of Guest Services during busy periods
  • Book couriers and travel for staff
  • Restock and replenish supplies for meetings as and when required
  • Ad hoc admin and team support whenever needed

This role will see you taking on various Projects and different roles within the Agency which will allow you to grow and experience the different challenges that a role like brings. You must be an excellent communicator at all levels, as well as confident on working to time-sensitive deadlines to a very high level! This is an initial three-month contract with a view to a permanent role, so if this suits, get your CV across to us ASAP.

Salary: £24,449.57-£27,788.75 per year
