Job description

Are you committed to supporting, listening and boost people potential? To strengthen our daily business operations, we are looking for a Personal Assistant.

As part of our team, you will closely work with our System Solutions EU Managing Director and Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their operations across Europe and the globe.

You will be:

Independent and proactive in supporting the Director and the Team in all operative, conceptual and organizational tasks in daily business
Scheduling, calendar and travel management including expense reports for the Managing director.
Booking travel, accommodation, car hire and transport for the Managing Director as well as for Business Associates
Assisting the team with any ad-hoc requests
Assisting the team in scheduling meetings and with the preparation of reports/documents
Acting as a central interface and represent our company to guests and customers
Setting up vendors
Raising purchase orders and tracking them throughout the approval and receipt process
Supporting and planning during tech fairs and events

Qualifications & Experience

Completed Education path
Proven experience in a similar position
Careful about confidentiality and privacy
You are committed and focused on what you do
You are flexible and stress-resistant
Fluent in written and spoken English
Professional use of MS Office
