OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE

This is a full-time position for a TA to work within the Programming team at Motion and at the heart of the dynamic, fast-paced, and senior team of a successful global business. The TA will provide support in a timely, proactive and professional manner, providing administrative assistance, including organizing daily calendars, scheduling meetings and making occasional travel arrangements.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


  • TA SUPPORT
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Factual, Head of Formats & Entertainment and Head of Creative Diversity.
  • Monitoring and managing diaries, including scheduling meetings.
  • Assisting in preparation for specific meetings as directed – eg. Agendas, presentations, etc.
  • Attending meetings to take and circulate notes where requested.
  • Managing travel arrangements, where appropriate, including flights, accommodation and the creation of related itineraries.
  • Responding to and re-directing any urgent queries in their absence.
  • Collation and submission of expenses.
  • Managing any IT issues on behalf of the Heads.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with experience of working to deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible approach – able to adapt to changing daily events and requirements
  • Ability to take responsibility for, complete and report back on tasks
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Resilience, enthusiasm and willingness to grow with the role
  • Experience of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
