We have a new vacancy for a Team Assistant to support with a range of administrative, office management, and travel arrangement duties. This is a rare opportunity to work within an exciting and creative environment supporting with a range of projects where no two days are the same.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday (WFH 1-2 days per week)
As the Team Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support to the Senior Team (EA, Estate Director and Financial Controller), booking team transport and accommodation, maintaining the shared drive, managing databases and client contact lists, project support (including research and contributing to presentations), assisting in preparing for meetings (ensuring the room and technology is correctly set up and meeting rooms are cleared promptly between meetings), organising office events and conferences, ordering stationery and IT equipment, taking deliveries, processing expenses, and assisting with the onboarding of new starters.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organisation skills, a positive and proactive energy, be proficient in both Mac & Microsoft, have excellent MS PowerPoint skills, and 2-3-years’ experience as an Office Assistant/Office Manager.
