About the role:
We are looking for a full-time permanent Team Administrator to help provide comprehensive administration and support to the Tewkesbury Assessment and Safeguarding Team within Children’s Social Care.
As Team Administrator, you will provide an office administration and support service to the social workers within the Tewkesbury Assessment and Safeguarding Team. You will undertake several different administrative tasks including minute taking, diary management, responding to telephone and email enquiries and room bookings. You will also be responsible for uploading data and information to the computer system used by Children’s Social Care.
About you:
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a busy office environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as are excellent IT skills. You will be working with internal colleagues at different levels of the organisation as well as members of the public, so confidence, patience and a professional manner are a must.
If you are proactive and customer focussed and enjoy working within a team to provide support to colleagues to meet targets and deadlines, then this could be the ideal role for you.
