An opportunity has arisen for a band 3 Team Administrator to join the new Dorset Health Visiting Admin Hub

• Admin wrap around support

Offering extra support to practitioners for forms etc. This to be reviewed with CL’s, depending on request and capacity.

• Referrals

To send large referrals for CNNs via Egress

• Sickness

To check voicemails, produce sickness email for Duty, cancel any early morning appointments.

• New Starters

Training new admin staff with the full role and processes

• Administration Assistant cover

Being part of duty when short staffed

• B3 Cover

Covering practitioner’s monthly meetings to take minutes when necessary

• Stationery

To order and re-stock stationery goods
