Applications are invited for the newly created post of General Manager - Hospitality Services within the Patient & Family Site Services group of the Space and Place directorate. The successful candidate will have considerable experience within the Soft Services field and will be familiar with operating at a senior level within an organisation, delivering and introducing innovation as well as leading and supporting teams through times of change.
The successful post holder will support the Associate Director in being responsible for the safe, efficient and cost-effective management of the Patient and Family Site Services team ensuring the continued provision of high-quality services for patients and staff as well as leading on innovation and development within the core group of services.
The postholder will provide expert advice on a range of Facilities Services issues, develop and maintain close working relationships with the operational clinical teams, deliver compliant and value for money services for all areas within their control and work closely with our Capital Projects team to provide Facilities advice during the design, development and implementation of projects.
