We have an exciting opportunity in our Nutrition & Dietetic Department administration team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill this role, providing administration, secretarial and systems support as part of our highly valued Dietetic Administration team.
The successful candidate will have a positive “can-do” approach, be able to work on their own initiative and take direction as appropriate, excellent organisational, IT and communication skills both face to face and on the telephone. You will be confident, enthusiastic and eager to learn with experience of working in a very busy environment and dealing with conflicting demands. You will be an excellent team player and able to work well and flexibly in a busy and developing administration support team and dietetic service
You will be expected to liaise on a day to day basis with GP’s, patients, healthcare professionals, clinicians, and other support staff in relation to advertising and promoting events, preparing and collating educational material. You will have the ability to develop and use Excel Spreadsheets, understand and work with data from patient databases to provide data reports, scheduling and managing waiting lists within this busy clinical department. An eye for detail in presenting, proof reading and managing our education resources to required standards is essential.
