Would you like to work for an organisation that puts its staff and students at the heart of everything it does whilst striving for an excellent staff and student experience? An exciting opportunity have arisen to join our Information, Advice and Guidance Team within the School of Natural Sciences.
Under the direction of the Student Service, Support and Development Officer, the post-holder will help to deliver an outstanding student experience which meets the learning and personal needs of our undergraduate and postgraduate taught students. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of student matters to ensure that the student voice is heard.
You will be part of a team of staff who have a key role in a variety of student activities, including student welcome, graduation, employability and graduate outcomes, student surveys and student engagement activities such as societies and student rep meetings.
