Under the direction of the Student Service, Support and Development Officer, the post-holder will help to deliver an outstanding student experience which meets the learning and personal needs of our undergraduate and postgraduate taught students. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of student matters to ensure that the student voice is heard.
You will be part of a team of staff who have a key role in a variety of student activities, including student welcome, graduation, employability and graduate outcomes, student surveys and student engagement activities such as societies and student rep meetings.
