Teaching Fellow (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)
Undergraduate Medical Education requires committed and interested staff to enable students to make the most of the teaching opportunities available.
This post offers the opportunity to gain broad Obs and Gynae experience within the undergraduate teaching team. There are no existing designated clinical sessions as the post is 100% teaching.
The post holder will be teaching in the main across the last 3 clinically based years of the curriculum, as well as being involved with 1st and 2nd year hospital visit students.
3rd year teaching involves delivering reproductive health learning outcomes to the medical students completing their Integrated Core Clinical Placements (ICCPs).
Final year teaching is delivered in semester 1of the academic year. The students will have assistantships with supported teaching and learning throughout.
