Job Description:
You will be responsible for administering incoming orders via email or telephone, ensuring a first class service is delivered to our customers and own stores.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Dealing with incoming orders and associated admin, you will be part of an efficient and friendly within a happy environment to excel in.
Ensuring prompt processing of sales orders and credit requests in complete accuracy.
General admin such as picking note and invoice scanning, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Usual office duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a similar office environment dealing with trade and consumer customers, be of a GCSE qualified calibre, have a positive can-do attitude and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively. Somebody proactive who can cope with unpredictable volumes of work, busy periods, tight deadlines and a great work ethic.
This hands on role demands meticulous attention to detail and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
