PeoplesFuture Limited is a dedicated subsidiary within the Coventry University Group and is looking to recruit a Teaching Fellow in Automotive Engineering to join the School of Future Transport Engineering.
The School of Future Transport Engineering was created in September 2022 in a Faculty restructure to be able to focus course and content development for the changing world. We aspire to be a leading, forward-thinking destination of choice for staff and students committed to transport innovation for future generations.
It brings together the Faculty’s expertise and undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD courses in:
- Automotive and Motorsport engineering
- Aerospace engineering
- Electrical and Electronic engineering
- Aviation Management and Human Factors.
Our courses have a particular focus on the increasing importance of smart cities, electrification and transportation systems, and the move to sustainable energy and net zero.
Our aim is to address the emerging challenges of future transportation such as electrification, zero-emission propulsion, autonomous vehicles and sustainable transport.
The Role
The Teaching Fellow in Automotive Engineering will contribute to the teaching, and course co-ordination that supports the development and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programs, ensuring that students have an effective learning experience.
You will support the delivery of topics relating to Automotive and Motorsport disciplines with a particular emphasis on vehicle dynamics, both ride and handling, with an understanding of Multibody system software’s such as Simpack and MSC ADAMS.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to audiences of varying levels and cultural backgrounds.

- Ability to generate and follow through innovative ideas.
