Job description

Chalk Education are currently looking for teaching assistants to work in a range of schools based in the Slough Area.
The schools provides alternative education for learners of all ages with a range of learning needs and difficulties - these are both specialist and mainstream settings. The learners may have a range of difficulties including moderate to severe learning difficulties, ASD, medical and physical disabilities with associated behavioural problems.
You will be responsible for supporting learners within a classroom setting and during their lunch time. Working within small groups, it will be vital that you are confident and have the ability to inspire young people.

Must have

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (we can support with this)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • 2 professional references
  • Strong behaviour management
