Teaching Assistant (Primary) Monday—Wednesday 8.00am—4.00pm 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year SS (3—6) £10837 — £11,439 Actual (£20,812 — £21,968FTE) Successful candidates for posts with the school, will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
The Duston School is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant in the Primary Phase to actively participate and work as part of the primary school team, providing education and care for children aged 4-11 years, their families and carers. Implement plans/programmes by working with individuals and groups of children to ensure that children’s educational and personal needs are met, and the school’s curriculum is delivered effectively. To be responsible for groups of children, including planning and maintaining the learning environment and record keeping. Please refer to the job description for full details of the role.
