We require a dedicated TA with previous experience of supporting children. In addition, you should show in your application that you have:
- Experience in supporting Maths and English lessons,
- A friendly and genuine child-centred approach,
- Some knowledge or experience working with children and young people to provide personalised learning experiences,
- A calm, patient and encouraging manner, with an ability to make learning engaging.
- An ability to be self-motivated and manage time effectively in order to maximise childrens learning time.
