Lansdowne Infants is part of The de Ferrers Trust. We are a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. The Trust consists of three Secondary Academies and fourPrimary Academies.

The Candidate
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who really cares about helping children to succeed. We are looking for someone who is kind, reliable and has a passion for working in the classroom, We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and builds rapport well with staff and students alike.
To be successful in this role, you will have a good knowledge of current practices on the best ways to support children’s learning and behaviour. You will also need a good understanding of areas of literacy, numeracy and science. You will hold a NVQ level 3 for Teaching assistants or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
