Location: Remote
Position Type: 20 hours per week

We are recruiting: 6 x Qualified and Accredited Counsellors

Successful candidates are required to have high-speed broadband and a dedicated space to conduct Telephone or Online Counselling in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Counselling Qualification

AND

• Accredited member of a recognized counselling organisation in the UK (BACP, NCS, etc)

Role & Responsibilities:

• To create a therapeutic relationship alliance and work using evidence-based solution-focused brief therapy to achieve therapy goals
• To implement risk management plans as appropriate
• To work in accordance with our policies, procedures and guidelines
• To liaise and consult with other professionals in supporting the client as required
• Ensure clinical records are properly and accurately maintained as required
• To participate in external clinical supervision and attend group supervision
• (GDPR)
• Ensure compliance with any necessary ongoing psychotherapy registration requirements
• To maintain professional and personal boundaries
• To be flexible regarding working hours in line with the needs of the service

Skills Required:

• Ability to work with adults (individual) assessment and therapeutic work
• Knowledge of Brief Solution Focused Interventions,
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: €20.00 per hour
