Teaching Assistant - SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant - immediate or April start

I am working with an established school in Hounslow, seeking passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistants to start ASAP or in April.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who are looking to gain practical and clinical experience working with either primary or secondary-aged students, both 1:1 and in groups.
What you can expect as an SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant
- As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, your role will be to support students with MLD/SLD, including Autism. The role will vary daily; you will be expected to use your initiative and respond calmly in challenging situations.
- For aspiring Teachers, Pastoral Workers, Child Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, SaLTs, Counsellors, and Social Workers, these positions will offer a relevant and vital experience for your chosen career path.

- As a Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant, you will have an opportunity to make a substantial social impact on children who require a holistic and therapeutic approach to their education.

Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant requirements:
- Passion for working with young people who require additional support to access education and social development - Essential
- Ideally, previous experience (formal or informal) supporting children with autism or other special educational needs - Beneficial
- A proactive and positive individual who is always striving to meet children's learning needs - Essential
- Ability to build rapport with children - Essential
