About the Position
Contract Type: Full Time, Term Time
Working Pattern: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Dependent on experience

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and providing learning support for pupils with or without special needs.
- Establishing trusting relationships with pupils and interacting with them according to individual needs and personalities.
- Encouraging pupils to interact with the class and engage in activities.
- Provide feedback to pupils and teacher on pupil’s achievement, progress, and any problems that arise.
- Creating and maintaining an orderly and supportive environment, undertaking administrative tasks as needed.
- Preparing resources required for learning activities and assisting pupils in their use.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of relevant and recognised Level 2 Qualification.
- Experience in working with Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
- The ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form to a range of audiences.
- The ability to use tracking systems to communicate development with key individuals.
