Job description

Talbot Heath School seeks a dynamic and compassionate person to work with children from Kindergarten to Year 6 with high expectations of pupil achievement. You will be joining a skilled, dedicated and supportive team of staff in an exciting school.

The successful candidate will have a professional, highly organised approach and a strong regard for pupil well-being and safety. They will also have a positive approach to working with children and will be able to develop and maintain excellent, warm relationships with the children in their care. In addition, they will be someone who can make a contribution to the wider life of the Junior School.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team, use initiative and show flexibility will be paramount. The successful candidate will show a willingness to keep up to date with educational policy and training related to their role.

This is a 1-year fixed term time only role working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
