Job description

Now Education are looking for Primary Learning Support Assistants to work across KS 2 and 3 at a large primary school based in Wavertree.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 08:30 - 15:30

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting students with their homework and other academic tasks such as writing assignments, reports, and reports.
• Helping to prepare students for state tests by preparing them for class, helping them get to school and helping them settle in.
• Helping with after school care for students including helping with homework, getting to school and helping with their day as they settle in.
• Helping in the implementation of lesson plans and assessments.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with students of all ages.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
