Schedule:
Wednesday 2:00pm-6:00pm
Pay: $25 / hour

Responsibilities
- Help maintain studio tasks and processing of student work.
- Assist activity specialist/instructors assist in managing classes.
- Follow all safety and emergency procedures and guidelines;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a ceramic studio: stacking and firing kilns, recycling clay, making glazes and general studio maintenance.
- Teaching experience a plus but not necessary
- Experience working with elementary age children
- Should be a practicing ceramic artist.
- Willingness to learn, work hard and take responsibility;
- Excellent references;
- Commitment to Manhattan Youth’s mission.

Some availability to have studio time for yourself. We will fire your pieces.
