Position: Digital Marketing Executive – Full Time (39 hrs)

Then you are the Digital Marketing Manager we are looking for.
Job Summary:
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to create and implement campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Freedom to Develop and implement ideas and new routes to market within digital marketing, campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and mobile advertising.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages, increase website functionality, email templates, and other assets needed for campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, suppliers, and technology providers.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
- CIM / IDM or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns, within the Ecommerce sector.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing external partners, including agencies and suppliers.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, display advertising, and mobile advertising best practices.
- Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms (Magento 2 would be an advantage).

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (subject to Experience)
OTE: £40000– uncapped – the better we do, the better you will do
