- Is passionate about strong provision and outcomes for children with special educational needs and has a breadth of experience, knowledge and strategies to support frontline practitioners in meeting those needs.
- Is comfortable providing both support and challenge to schools to improve outcomes for children experiencing vulnerability.
- Wants to contribute to the strategic direction of these new roles.
- Work with the full range of schools and providers, demonstrating best practice and providing effective advice.
- Provide training and consultancy to schools in order to raise standards of achievement for children.
- Promote and secure equity of provision and outcomes for children experiencing vulnerability relative to their peers.
- Build capacity in schools enabling all children to achieve strong outcomes.
