Job description
We are looking for a creative, qualified teachers to work on our Global Young Leaders summer programme for international students aged 12-16 at ACS Cobham in Surrey.
We have 2 vacancies for a Teacher of Young Entrepreneur and a Teacher of Presentation Skills/Model UN.
Presentation Skills/Model UN - ideal for someone with a professional interest in Drama/Performing Arts and/or business presentations.
Young Entrepreneur - ideal for someone with a business/advertising/marketing background
You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons as part of the Global Young Leaders programme.
Lessons are lively, interactive, and fun! Learning activities help international students develop accuracy, fluency, and confidence in spoken English. You will also successfully complete administrative duties this role entails.
Experienced teachers and those early in their career are welcome to apply. Successful candidates will genuinely enjoy working with young people to ensure they have an unforgettable learning adventure.
Location: ACS Cobham, Portsmouth Rd, Hersham, Cobham, Surrey KT11 1BL
Dates (including induction): 29 June to 22 July (3 week contract)
Age range: 12-16 years.
Hours: 22.5 contact hours per week + meetings. Monday to Saturday. Option to live in the school free of charge in return for carrying out additional pastoral duties.
Facilities: A fully equipped, spacious classroom space
Qualifications: PGCE teaching qualification and/or CELTA, TESOL
