Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Monday – Friday, Flexible options available

Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out the effective day to day management of learners’ learning in accordance with the College’s objectives.
- Inspire learners and colleagues identifying, interpreting, and applying specific knowledge.
- Raise retention and achievements for learners on a continual basis.
- Ensure that learners progress well from their different starting points and achieve or exceed standards expected for their age.
- Assist learners in obtaining relevant qualifications so that they can and do continue to the next stage of their education, which includes courses leading to higher-level qualifications and occupations that fulfil local and national needs.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential
- Strong vocational background within the engineering sector.
- Certificate in Education/PGCE/Professional Diploma in Teaching or willing to work towards
- Professional Subject Qualification at Level 5 or above
- Level 2 Maths & English
Desirable
- Degree (L6) in Engineering
- Masters (L7) in Engineering
- Delivery experience within any engineering subject.
