The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint one suitably qualified and motivated Early Years Leader to join our inclusive and forward looking school.
You will;
  • have an ability to demonstrate excellent and inclusive classroom practice in line with our child centred ethos which promotes good progress and improves all children’s wellbeing and achievement,
  • be able to demonstrate excellent teaching and leadership within early years,
  • have evidence to show a thorough understanding of the early years framework and the national curriculum,
  • be able to show how they have contributed positively within an early years setting,
  • have high expectations of all pupils, staff working within an early years team and themselves,
  • have a desire to work closely with a range of skilled professionals and with children’s families to achieve the best outcomes for them,
  • be a committed team member,
  • be committed to professional development,
