Job description
My Gym Richmond is a highly professional and growing Children's Fitness Centre teaching classes, Birthday Parties & Holiday Camps to children from 3 months old up to 10 years old. Younger classes and parties include stretching, songs, toddler gymnastics, adventures, rides, swings, games, puppet shows and more. Older Class and parties include cardio, gymnastics, relays, sports skills, games, zip wire rides, obstacle courses, dance and more.
- Your primary responsibility will be assisting and leading great classes, parties and camps
- Other responsibilities include admin, sales, marketing, social media, cleaning, training, reporting to management, staff reviews and taking overall responsibility when the manager is off
- As assistant manager you will be expected to not only manage yourself but also make sure others are performing at a high standard and the centre is running smoothly
This role will suit someone who is bubbly, enthusiastic, hard-working, fun and above all great with kids. It will also suit someone who is career minded and has a background in gymnastics, sports, dance, teaching, childcare, performing arts, musical theatre or another related field. No specific qualifications are needed, we provide all necessary training in house. Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
