We are committed to offering development opportunities to all of our staff, from Entry Level Trainee through to Senior Partner. As a trainee, all of our roles will provide a professional qualification specific to the business area you will be working in.

As part of your role as a Personal Tax Associate you will provide assistance with the preparation of Self Assessment and income expenditure statements for clients and also assist your colleagues with obtaining information for the completion of accounts and tax returns. As well as providing tax administration, you will also be communicating with HMRC and really gaining a full insight into the world of taxation.

We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.

We offer a range of different qualification pathways at Azets which are determined by the role you are applying for. The qualification that will be undertaken for this position will be the ATT, leading to CTA in the future.

This role is open to both college leavers and graduates.

To get the job that you’ll love you will need:

• The right to work in the UK from your start date
• Level 4 or above in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
• Minimum 96 UCAS points (or equivalent)

If you are a graduate, you will also need:

• To be on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a minimum 2:1 in your undergraduate degree (or 2:2 if you can provide evidence of extenuating circumstances)
