- Return Tax Online Ltd is a new company specialising in tax returns for individuals. We are seeking a motivated tax adviser who has significant experience dealing with PAYE and Self-Assessment tax returns. The job would be full-time, from 9am till 6pm on Monday to Friday with varying customer flow, including cold calling. This is a home-based role. Compensation is negotiable and is based on the amount of successful tax returns as well as the performance of the adviser.

You will be expected to:
- Primarily dealing with customers by telephone, email and social media chat
- Cold calling potential customers by phone throughout the day.
- Following up customers and keeping constant contact with them
- Dealing with HMRC by telephone and correspondence
- Filling Self-assessment Tax Returns
- Dealing with PAYE and personal tax compliance matters
Your Ideal Background:
- At least 1 year of experience dealing with CIS and Self-Assessment tax returns.
- Excellent communication skills in customer service environment
- Effective problem-solving skills through handling customer complaints
