The Role

We believe a TONI&GUY reception is hugely important, the Front of House role is vital to the salon running smoothly and effectively. In this role you should:

• Be committed to supporting the salon, this will include sometimes having to shampoo and making drinks in order to keep the salon running smoothly.
• Ensure all clients receive warm Authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
• Maintain an organised, beautiful Front of House environment.
• Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
• Deliver hospitality levels of service.
