The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate Talent Review processes and similar in support of the Executive Talent & Assessment Director at Lloyds Banking Group, an enabler of next chapter of the transformation journey of Lloyds Banking Group that will help build a strong and purpose-led company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Programme Management of the QTR process and similar, include tracking, reporting, etc

Act as the central point of contact and coordination for all engagement related to Talent Review process and similar with office of Chief PP Officer

Ensure high quality user experience for colleagues contributing to/involved in QTR and similar processes

Re-engineer QTR process and similar to ensure these are pain-free and fit-for-purpose

Ensure smooth interfaces through strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including, wider Talent Teams, PDs, Business Support Teams, PP CoEs, Data Privacy/Risk colleagues, etc

Data management and processing of all QTR process and similar data in line with Group’s Regulatory, Data and Risk Management frameworks

Support Executive Talent & Assessment Director with managing timelines, milestones, reporting and risks

Support Executive Talent & Assessment Director with producing Working Papers / Documents for Board and Executive Committee level
KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong stakeholder management; Excellent organisation skills; Project and Programme Management Experience; Workday proficiency; Microsoft Suite Proficiency (particularly slide artistry using PowerPoint and Excel); Data Processing and Analytics including Power BI; Strong Networking and Stakeholder Management; Cost and Risk Management; Knowledge of Talent Management & Succession Planning processes or willingness to learn quickly.
