Role Summary
Aubay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Resourcing Project Manager to oversee and manage our Global Energy client’s current talent resourcing operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reporting gaps, risks, budget, spending, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the talent resourcing process. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, especially in agile frameworks, with experience in data management, analysis, and cleansing. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and making formal PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership, setting up workshops, board meetings, terms of reference, and other administrative project management tasks.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and report gaps, risks, budget, spending, and other issues in the current talent resourcing operating model
- Manage data management, analysis, and cleansing
- Use agile frameworks to manage the talent resourcing process, including ideation, sprints, and definition and management of the product backlog
- Bring structure to unstructured environments
- Manage senior stakeholders and have strong BA skills in requirement gathering
- Prepare and make formal PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership
- Manage processes, set up workshops, board meetings, terms of reference, and other administrative project management tasks
Requires Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially in talent resourcing and recruitment
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks
- Experience in data management, analysis, and cleansing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in multiple environments, with a proactive and collaborative approach, acting as an advisor when it comes to managing the talent resourcing operations.
- Ability to gather and understand needs from multiple areas and improve the global talent resourcing framework.
